Daw Toe Khin Khin Khaing is an experienced professional in the hospitality field with a record of achievements spanning more than 20 years. As General Manager of Amara Hotel Co., Ltd., Daw Toe Khin Khin Khaing oversees all business operations for both the Hotel Amara and the Grand Amara Hotel and is responsible for implementing best practice solutions, providing guidance to staff, and maintaining a high standard of service at all times, among others. Daw Toe Khin Khin Khaing first joined Amara Hotel Co., Ltd. in 2013 as Resident Manager of the Grand Amara Hotel, a five-star hotel located in the National Guest House compound in Myanmar’s capital city of Napyidaw. After a brief hiatus as Director of Sales, Rooms Division Manager, Belmond Governor’s Residence, Daw Toe Khin Khin Khaing returned to Amara Hotel Co., Ltd. to take on her current role.
Daw Toe Khin Khin Khaing brings wide-ranging experience from a series of roles with reputable businesses. For example, Daw Toe Khin Khin Khaing served as Rooms Division Manager at the Victoria Angkor Resort & Spa in Siem Reap, Cambodia, the Dusit Inya Lake Resort in Yangon, Myanmar, and the Ngapali Beach Hotel in Thandwe, Myanmar. Daw Toe Khin Khin Khaing started her career at the Summit Parkview Hotel in Yangon, Myanmar, where she served as Receptionist, Guest Relation Office, Assistant Supervisor, Night Auditor, and Duty Manager.
Daw Toe Khin Khin Khaing holds a BS (honors) and an MA in Oriental Studies from Yangon University. She also holds a diploma in Reception Operations & Services from City & Guilds, London as well as multiple certificates in areas such as human resources development and sales & marketing for the hotel industry. A native of Myanmar, Daw Toe Khin Khin Khaing is fluent in English and has competency in Khmer.
