Premium Petrol Co., Ltd. (PPCL) was established in 2010 as a petroleum product trader for both the wholesale and retail markets. PPCL specializes in the sale and distribution of high-speed diesel, premium diesel, Mogas Ron 92 and Mogas Ron 95. As a reputable petroleum trading company in Myanmar, PPCL is committed to selling quality products at competitive rates. PPCL is a member of the Myanmar Petroleum Trade Association (MPTA) as well as a working member of the Myanmar Energy Sector Development Public Company (MESDP).

Facilities & Services
PPCL has two main depots for nationwide distribution – one in Shwe Pyi Thar, Yangon Region, and another in Shwe Kyat Yat, Mandalay Region. PPCL also provides transport assistance through its group of fuel trucks and tankers. Additionally, PPCL operates two name-brand petrol stations in Yangon and Bago and has invested in the Mandalay region MESDP’s tank farm project where it owns large-scale fuel tanks.
Since 2014 PPCL has won several government tenders and earned a role as a dependable provider in the public sphere.
PPCL plans to enhance its distribution network by opening new fuel stations across the country over the next three years. Additionally, in 2016 PPCL expanded its business lines by providing import and logistics services, as to provide a full service package to other fuel trading companies. PPCL has also invested in the Thilawa Special Economic Zone in Yangon where it will operate an oil jetty and tank farm project for fuel storage and distribution.
PPCL has a team of 160 full-time staff members across seven departments, including sales and marketing, transportation, procurements & logistics, warehousing, finance, administration, and human resources. All staff members are trained in international health and safety standards.
